Booked for 2 nights. Only stood 1. Couldn't even get refunded. I did their job in cleaning the room.. The ENTIRE ROOM!¡Rented a vacuum bought cleaning products so whoever got the room after us. Youre WELCOME!¡ When we woke up in the morning there were Milliepeds everywhere! They crawled in underneath the door since it didn't close properly! I was scared for my son's safety / health!¡ There was a door that you can easily kick open and enter our room. Left the cleaning supplies there since it seemed as if it was needed. The ladies in the fron desk in the morning were Really really nice. Ohhh, wait.. it says pool is open but; it really ain't so my son did not get to enjoy CRAP! Which was the main reason we booked this darn HOTEL OF HORRORS!¡ Never AgainHotels.com you guys should be ashamed. No refund due to 3rd party bull-crap. When it clearly states the you get refunded! All the way from Pennsylvania! Drove back to Pa the next morning at 6:30 am.. Hotels.com you shpuld be ASHAMED!¡

Check in was a disaster, we were unable to check in until 6 pm because the rooms were not ready. When we did check in the carpets were disgusting as was the bathroom. We cleaned the room and didn’t get into bed until midnight after driving over 72 hours that was aweful. But being travel nurses that was unexceptable. The pool was Green and the Ice machine was broken as well as the laundry room. Would not recommend this place to anyone. People would hang out in there cars in the parking lot making it very uncomfortable, and unsafe.

Reserved 2 rooms 2 nights, got to check in, only one room was available. All the amenities I came for was not open due to inspection code. Room had molded coffee and the toilet backed up. Took about an hour to get it fixed. Wasn’t worth the amount I paid.

My partner and I stayed here for a total of 2 hours. We checked in and as soon as we entered the room, we saw how gross it was. I spent 20 minutes cleaning the "kitchenette" and then we pulled back the top comforter. There were two dead bugs in the bed and several millipedes (dead and alive) around the floor. I thought I'd put something on the desk chair and pulled it out to find a broken crack pipe filled with weed sitting in plain sight. The door jamb was broken off at the bottom in the bathroom and there were scorch marks and ashes everywhere (it was supposed to be non-smoking). I immediately called the front desk and the Ops Mgr and Head of Housekeeping (Donna) came. After hearing the many excuses ("they're digging up the resovoir", "my boys miss details us girls wouldn't", "compared to how it looked before, THIS is impressive"), we left to go to our scheduled activity while Donna promised to reclean the room herself. We returned 3-4 hours later to find that the bugs had simply been pushed back to the corners of the room and a new coffee maker had been put on the desk. One full can of bug spray and two cleanings of the shower later, my skin was still crawling and so were the live millipedes that were still in the room. We left everything that had touched the floor and at 1:30 AM, I got a full refund and we booked a room paying FIVE times what we had for this hotel as it was the only one left on a holiday weekend. It took everything in me not to cry.GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Beds uncomfortable.Non smoking rooms smells like cigarettes .Extremely dirty corridors with cigarettes buds all over the place.In general poorly maintained hotel.Had to wait one hour after the check-in for cleaning crew to complete cleaning rooms.Some guests canceled reservation because clean rooms were not available at and after check-in times

Consider that you’re paying for a 2 star motel beside a strip club. This place checks off the bare minimum requirements for a place to shower and sleep. Here’s my summary:Expect that you will need to clean the room yourself. The fridge will still have spoiled leftovers and open beers from the previous occupant. The dishes in the cabinet were used but not washed so you’ll need to do that. The room smells like stale smoke and disappointment. There may not be silverware in the “kitchenette”. There is no soap or shampoo. You may not have a trash can. The TV doesn’t work. The coffee maker is sketchy and smells weird. Random people will call your room at 2am looking for their friend that used to stay there. Ashley, if you’re reading this, I’m still not Brittany. The pool, game room, and fitness center are all closed. There is no breakfast. If you’ve gotten this far and aren’t having second thoughts, you’ll probably be fine. Just in case, make sure you don’t get the non-refundable room. It’s only a couple dollars more to protect yourself.

Staff super helpful and friendly. Conditions of the room were dirty, cracked toilet seat. Woke up in the morning to dead spiders in the bed. While on my phone a spider walked across the screen!
